waiting without worry

We think sometimes that we need to figure it all out right now. We think we need the "perfect" job, the five year plan. We think we want it all right now.

But the truth is the process is really more important than the destination. The truth is what we want right now, might not be best for us right now. Maybe the timing will be better later. Maybe something different is meant for us. But we just have to be a little more patient.

I'm starting to lean into the idea that we'll know when we know. That not knowing doesn't mean failure. That success is actually being happy and okay with not knowing.

Because the peace we'll find in the limbo, in this interim, is worth it all. We don't need to worry because our dreams are coming. We just need to keep doing the things we're doing (we can't just sit idle and wait). But we also can't spend all our energy worrying.

We just need to have the patience and faith to wait without worry. To wait without making it harder on ourselves.

Because what's on the other side is far better and far more than we could have imagined. What's on the other side is far more magnificent.

Do you agree? What are you waiting for?
