the burnout protocol
This audio course is here to help you beat the burnout!
A topic I’m super passionate about and have spent the last 5 years deeply learning about. I’ll walk you through the protocol I use with all my clients. AND this is an ever-growing course so I’ll be adding two audios a month - diving into your questions, new research studies I find and other big burnout takeaways from my life. This will help you heal your brain’s burnout habits and create more peace and joy in your life and work.
This is for you if…
you feel like you have too much to do and not enough time to do it
your to do list never ends
you watch the clock - daydreaming about when you can leave work
you get Sunday scaries
you feel like you live for the weekend
you’re juggling too many balls
you wish you felt better or had more energy
you feel too stressed or exhausted to do the things you want to do
you feel like you’re digging yourself out of a hole
This is an audio course - so you can listen from anywhere - your cubicle, the shower, your bed, in the car, on a walk - this is for you.
What you'll get:
My FOUR STEP PROTOCOL to healing burnout.
PLUS - bimonthly audios (2x a month) from me where I’ll be answering YOUR questions (just email me what you want help with) - and of course sharing more about my burnout story and new tips and tricks I learn along the way - because I’m always learning and practicing this work deeper and deeper.
BONUS - my favorite meditations to come too!
I’m Liesl Drought.
One of my brain’s favorite habits is burnout. I’ve burned out working 60 hours a week. And I’ve burned out working 10 hours a week. I’ve burned myself out at home, in my relationships, as a mom.
It doesn’t matter the industry or if you love your job or not. Burnout happens - and is encouraged by the hustle culture we’ve been raised in. And it’s why I’m so passionate about helping you feel better. So you can have a life that is more than work. So you can rest and breathe and have space for yourself.
Even if you own a business, have kids, have lots of obligations. You deserve to live a life that is more than your burnout. That’s what the world needs.
