I’m Liesl Drought.

One of my brain’s favorite habits is burnout. I’ve burned out working 60 hours a week. And I’ve burned out working 10 hours a week. I’ve burned myself out at home, in my relationships, as a mom.

It doesn’t matter the industry or if you love your job or not. Burnout happens - and is encouraged by the hustle culture we’ve been raised in. And it’s why I’m so passionate about helping you feel better. So you can have a life that is more than work. So you can rest and breathe and have space for yourself.
