The job search can suck. I know it. I’ve helped over 200 people on their job search journey and I did it myself many a time, working at 5 companies in 6 years.

So I get the existential dread that comes with wanting a different job but feeling like the job search is too daunting.

I get the frustration that happens when you can’t find any job that sounds appealing - or worse, when you don’t hear back. Sending that resume into the void week after week is soul-crushing.

Or hell, how horrible it is to not know where to start. Knowing that this job is slowly killing you (or killing your passion) but having no clue about what would be better.

I get how finding a job can be a full-time job. And that as “adults” in this world, we’ve got too much on our plates already. Let alone putting yourself out there for a new job, one of the most vulnerable things we do.

I know how devastating it can be to get the interview, and not get hired for the job. Or be at the end of it all, down to the last 2-3 candidates and not be chosen at the final hour.

I was let go twice. Once two weeks before my wedding. I get the brutality of corporate America. I get the toughness of the job search.

And I vowed a long time ago (in 2019) that I was here to help stop that for as many people as I can.
